2. Service Description

.breeze is a web-based dependency analysis tool that scans package.json files to identify licenses, vulnerabilities, and dependency information. The service is available in a free tier and a paid premium tier.

3. Account Registration

To use .breeze, you must create an account via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Free Plan: Limited analysis features at no cost.
• Premium Plan: Full analysis features for a monthly subscription fee.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply from the next billing cycle after notification.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

If you wish to begin using the premium service immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, you may waive this right during the purchase process.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
• Use automated tools to excessively burden the service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The .breeze service, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your analysis data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the package.json files you upload or the analysis results generated.

8. Liability

The analysis results provided by .breeze are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of vulnerability or license data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, but your data will remain accessible under the free tier.

You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [TODO: Email address].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
